How do the Kids Mystery Fun Subscription Boxes Work?
The mystery and fun subscription boxes are suitable for all children aged between 3 and 12 years old. In each mystery subscription box there will always be an age appropriate reading book, a pack of trading cards, an Ooshie (collectible mini figures which double up as pencil toppers for the over 5's - Disney Princesses, Marvel, DC Comics or WWE licensed characters), arts and crafts (for the under 5's) a Fred's Box coloured pencil and sticker, design your own postcards, plus between 3 and 5 mystery gifts!! What are the Ooshie Subscription Boxes about?
Fred's Box are the only subscription company sending Ooshies each month, where you will never receive the same Ooshie twice so you can collect the entire 40 of each theme without having to buy endless packets and do lots of trades with your friends! You can order between 2 and 10 Ooshies each month, we stock Disney Princesses, Marvel, DC Comics and WWE licensed mini figures. In this box you will also receive a Fred's Box pencil, sticker and design your own postcards. This can be ordered as a one off gift or on a rolling monthly subscription. Great question, this is one box sent to 2 children with double the items of a standard mystery subscription box. This offers people buying for twins / 2 siblings the option to save money and get exactly what they would want.
Can I chose the theme for the Ooshies?
Absolutely for the Ooshie box, if you can! If you can't decide just chose a mystery box and we will decide for you! We currently stock Disney Princesses, DC Comics Series 2, Marvel Series 2 and WWE.
What if my daughter likes Princesses and Super Heroes?
Absolutely no problem either leave a comment on the payment section or send us a message. Each box is created for the individual child so if they want a mix of hair accessories and super heroes that is absolutely no problem.
My child already has lots of books - how do I make sure I am not sent the same one?
No problem we stock hundreds of books for each age group so either send us a message or leave a comment in the payment field.
Where do we ship?
We deliver across the UK via Royal Mail
How much is shipping?
We deliver to the UK for £2.95. Unfortunately we don't currently ship outside the UK at this time. Free UK delivery if your order is over £40.
When will my box be dispatched?
Our boxes and gifts are dispatched within a week of receiving the order. If you have an urgent requirement just send us a message. For monthly rolling subscriptions you will receive your order within a week of receiving your payment (this is on the day you originally joined)
All you need to do is either send in a photo of yourself with your Fred's Box, or post us back one of your designed postcards and every other month we will chose our favourite. We will then send you some goodies! You can either email us your photo or tag us on social media.

My order has arrived damaged, what do I do?
If you have received your Fred's Box and it is damaged, please contact Customer Service to provide a photo of the order and a brief explanation as to the detail of the damage. Our Customer Service Department will then be able to assist you and provide a suitable resolution.
I’ve returned my Fred's Box and have not received my refund/replacement?
Your refund or replacement will be issued as soon as we have had confirmation from our warehouse that your return has been received. We will then send an email to update you as to the action that has been taken and any expected time frames.
If a payment problem occurs, what options do I have?
If you receive an email detailing a payment problem against your subscription, please check or update your payment information that you have provided us. Should you need any assistance with this, please contact our Customer Service Department who will be able to resolve any issues.
If you have used a special offer or discount code on your subscription, please be aware that this discount will only apply against your first box. For any subsequent boxes, your subscription will revert back to full price.
