In each mystery subscription box there will always be an age appropriate reading book, a pack of trading cards, an Ooshie (collectable mini figures which double up as pencil toppers for the over 5's), 4 x Crayola funky shape crayons (for the under 5's) a Fred's Box coloured pencil and sticker, 4 design your own postcards, plus between 2 and 5 mystery gifts!!
For the toy collector Fred's Box also has an Ooshie Subscription Box where you will never receive the same Ooshie twice so you can collect the entire 40 of each theme without having to buy endless packets and do lots of trades with your friends! In this box you will also receive a Fred's Box pencil, sticker and 2 design your own postcards.

What age is this suitable for?
Ooshies are aimed at everyone over the age of 5. The mystery Fred's Box is aimed at children between the age of 3 and 12 years old.
What is a Mojo - Twin Mystery Box all about?
Great question, this is one box sent to 2 children with double the items of a standard mystery subscription box. This offers people buying for twins the option to save money and get exactly what they would want.
Can I chose the theme?
Absolutely for the Ooshie box, if you can! If you can't decide just chose a mystery box and we will decide for you!
Where do we ship?
Anywhere that receives post! We deliver across the UK via Royal Mail and the boxes are small enough to fit through the letterbox.
How much is shipping?
We deliver to the UK for £2. For Europe deliveries it is £4 per month and USA and Canada it is £6.5 per month.
When will my box be dispatched?
Our boxes are dispatched within a week of receiving the order. For monthly rolling subscriptions you will receive your order within a week of receiving your payment (this is on the day you originally joined)
All you need to do is either send in a photo of yourself with your Fred's Box, or post us back one of your designed postcards and every other month we will chose our favourite. We will then send you some goodies!. You can either email us your photo or tag us on social media.

My order has arrived damaged, what do I do?
If you have received your Fred's Box damaged, please contact Customer Service to provide a photo of the order and a brief explanation as to the detail of the damage. Our Customer Service Department will then be able to assist you and provide a suitable resolution.
I’ve returned my Fred's Box and have not received my refund/replacement?
Your refund or replacement will be issued as soon as we have had confirmation from our warehouse that your return has been received. We will then send an email to update you as to the action that has been taken and any expected time frames.
If a payment problem occurs, what options do I have?
If you receive an email detailing a payment problem against your subscription, please check or update your payment information that you have provided us. Should you need any assistance with this, please contact our Customer Service Department who will be able to resolve any issues.
If you have used a special offer or discount code on your subscription, please be aware that this discount will only apply against your first box. For any subsequent boxes, your subscription will revert back to full price.
